Preheat the oven to 180°C. Next, melt 200 g of dark chocolate and mash the avocado. Whisk 4 whole eggs with 80 g of fine sugar and 30 g of vanilla sugar until the mixture thickens and whitens, then add 100 g of sifted flour and a sachet of baking powder. Finally, mix with the avocado purée and the melted chocolate and transfer to a lined mould. After about 25 minutes of baking, you can unmold your cake.
