You certainly like to make homemade pastries and especially cakes. But you sometimes lack creativity and you are therefore in search of new original recipes. Recipes that will tantalize your taste buds and those of your loved ones. Look no further, because in the following lines, we are going to offer you 05 exceptional cake recipes that you can use eggs. Recipe n° 1: banana cake without eggs

For this recipe, you will need the following ingredients:

  • 3 to 4 bananas
  • 150g sugar
  • 300g wheat flour
  • 70ml milk
  • 120ml oil
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of salt

Preperation : Start by mashing the bananas and adding the sugar. Then add the milk, oil and vanilla extract and stir everything together. Then add the flour, baking powder, cinnamon and a pinch of salt. Be sure to sift everything so that there are no lumps. Transfer the batter to your pan and lightly tap the pan to remove the air in the batter. Place the cake in the oven preheated to 180°C and cook for 60 minutes then serve.

Recipe N° 2: strawberry cake without eggs

To make this cake, you will need:

  • 90g flour
  • 100g caster sugar
  • 60ml milk or yoghurt
  • 1 C. tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp. tsp baking soda
  • ½ strawberry purée
  • ½ baking powder
  • 60ml oil
  • 1 pinch of salt

Preperation : Start by greasing an 8 to 10 cm cake tin with oil. Subsequently, you must sprinkle it with flour before preheating the oven to 180 C. Pour the flour, baking powder, baking soda, baking powder and salt into a bowl, mix well and set aside. Mash the strawberries to get a smooth purée. Take the sugar, oil, yogurt in a bowl and mix well until you get a creamy consistency, then add the strawberry puree and stir. Add the flour mixture and stir gently. Pour the preparation into the mold, and bake your preparation for 20 to 25 minutes. Remove the cake from the oven and let cool completely. It is ready to be tasted.

Recipe N° 3: orange cake without eggs

Here is the list of ingredients for your orange cake:

  • 1 and ½ cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon yeast
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1/3 cup cooking oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon orange zest

Preperation : In a large bowl, sift the flour, baking soda and salt. Add the orange zest to it and keep for a while. Grease a baking dish with oil and sprinkle with flour. In another bowl, combine sugar, oil and orange juice. Use a whisk and stir the mixture until the sugar dissolves well. Add the flour mixture you saved at the beginning and whisk in one direction. Do not beat the mixture too much, because the dough should fall like a ribbon.

Preheat the oven to 180°C for 10 minutes. Pour the batter into the pan and tap the bottom once for even distribution. Let the cake bake in convection mode at 180°C for 30 to 35 minutes, then unmold the cake to serve it.

Recipe N° 4: Oreo cake without eggs

The ingredients for making this type of cake are:

  • 25 Oreo cookies
  • 240ml milk
  • 1 teaspoon yeast
  • ¾ teaspoon baking powder
  • 3 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon oil

Preperation : Crush the oreo cookies in a blender, pour into a bowl and add the yeast, sugar and milk. Blend them into a smooth purée. Next, take a microwave-safe bowl and grease it generously with oil. You can line the bowl with a little oil so that the cake slides easily when it comes out.

Pour the batter into it and microwave on high for 5 minutes. Once baked, remove from the oven and allow to cool completely before flipping the cake. Once out, you can carve and serve.

Recipe N° 5: soft chocolate cake without eggs

The soft cake can be made from the following ingredients:

  • 1.5 cups of flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup cooking oil
  • 1 tablespoon light vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of water

Preperation : Preheat the oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, salt, baking soda, and cocoa powder until combined. Add the oil, then the mixture of water, vanilla and vinegar. Stir until the batter is almost smooth.

Pour the cake batter into a mold of your choice then bake for 35 minutes and let cool before serving.
