To clean permanent marker stains, apply toothpaste to a damp cloth, best to use microfiber cloths and rub.
Marker stains can also be easily cleaned with any spray (hairspray, deodorant). Spray it on the wall, then wipe it off with water.
Another way to remove paints is to use baking soda and a sponge. Sprinkle the baking soda on the sponge, scrub and wash with water.
Remove nail polish stains
If the spilled nail polish hasn’t dried yet, you can remove it by pouring acetone on it and letting it sit for a minute. Then wipe the stain with a paper towel, and the rest with an eraser.
And if the nail polish has dried, spray it with hairspray, then scrub it with warm soapy water.
What if the nail polish spilled on the carpet?
Pour some stain remover solution on the carpet, then rub the nail polish stain with a damp cloth.
Cleaning the microwave
