The face reflects who we are because it is the first thing we show people and the world. It is important to take care of it, so that the signs of the age do not irreparably change your features.
All this without exaggerating, of course, because the famous smile lines are not unsightly, on the contrary, they can sometimes even improve the general appearance of your laughter.
You can’t watch those people who just to keep their skin smooth are giving stretched smiles that look like Greek masks! In short, beauty is a subjective thing, everyone sees it in a personal and unique way, but the skin of the face, in any case, needs all the care that we can give it. We’re not going to advise you to spend a fortune on taking care of the skin on your face, but instead try to use natural elements, which we may already have at home, to perfectly nourish and hydrate your face. and have small beneficial results over time. Besides, it goes without saying that prevention is better than cure!
How to use vitamin C on the face to prevent and treat the signs of aging?
Vitamin C is a well-known antioxidant, which helps prevent cellular aging and therefore wrinkles. It is found in herbalists or specialty stores in powder form, easy to process and use. This recipe also uses aloe vera gel, which is also widely found in the store, but also leaves from aloe plants that many of you also have in your home.
To recover the gel optimally, you have to cut a large enough leaf (do not worry about the plant, it will heal quickly), cut the edges with a sharp knife, then remove the front and back skins, as finely as possible. , so as to recover all the gel it contains. Also, get some frankincense essential oil and a pinch of vitamin E (you can also use a vitamin E cream that you may already have).
∙ 1 teaspoon of vitamin C powder
∙ 1 tablespoon of Aloe Vera gel
∙ 5 drops of frankincense essential oil
∙ 1 pinch of vitamin E
∙ 1 teaspoon of water
Mix all the ingredients together, very carefully, until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous cream.
Store it in a dark-colored, preferably glass, airtight container such as a jar (if you don’t have one, you can wrap it in aluminum foil).
Take some of this cream and apply it to your face at night before going to bed, leaving it on overnight.
The next morning, rinse off with lukewarm water and pat dry.
You can repeat the treatment every three days.
