Note : liquids expand and increase in volume when frozen. Therefore, never use glass containers to store your food, as they may burst in your freezer.

More tips
Ideally, your freezer should be set to -18°C. Food should be stored airtight.
Empty all air from your freezer bags before closing them. And don’t forget to put labels on your food, with their name and the date of freezing!
