Here are some simple natural remedies for blemish-prone skin. These are all ingredients that you can find in the supermarket or herbalist’s store and which, in addition to being very effective, have no side effects.
Berry juice
You can use blueberries, blackberries or raspberries: apply the juice directly to your face and leave it on for 15 minutes, then rinse well.
Lemon juice
Dilute it in water and apply it directly on your face.
Warning : apply only in the evening, before going to bed. Exposure to the sun after applying the remedy can be very harmful and have counterproductive effects.
Garlic
It is rich in essential oils that help lighten the skin and eliminate blemishes. Chop a few cloves of garlic diluted with sweet almond oil. This mask is only to be applied once a week.
Zinc and selenium
The appearance of skin imperfections can be a symptom of a deficiency in these two components. Increase your intake of oats, dried fruits, milk, corn, lentils, fish and seeds.
