These flowers are very sensitive to changes and manifest themselves by turning yellow immediately…
Fortunately, my gardener revealed to me an effective trick to stop yellowing leaves in their tracks.
The trick to getting the leaves to turn green again is to sprinkle them with a mixture of cider vinegar and water. Look :

And There you go ! Your plants have regained their beautiful green color quickly 🙂
Easy, natural and effective, right?
Water well all of the soil around the plant so that all its roots capture this remedy well.
This trick works for azaleas, hydrangeas, gardenias, camellias, rhododendrons, lupins, primroses and all so-called « heather » plants.
An acid mulch of pine bark can also help restore and maintain the correct pH for heather plants.
By the way, did you know that soil acidity can also change the color of hydrangea flowers? Check out the trick here.
Why does it work?
Apple cider vinegar naturally rebalances the pH of the soil so that it goes back below 5.
It perfectly acidifies it, which allows the plants to regain their beautiful green color quickly.
Either way, be patient! If your flowers have yellowed well, they will need a month or two to regain their vigor.
