What you need
– 4 tablespoons of fine sugar
– 1 tablespoon of water
– 2 tablespoons strained lemon juice
– 1 saucepan
How to do
1. In the saucepan, put the sugar and water.
2. Caramelize over low heat.
3. When the color begins to change, add the lemon and honey.
4. Heat until the mixture turns golden (it should not turn brown).
