Lemons shriveled in the bottom of the crisper, I have them almost every week.
Because I forget them or because they have matured too quickly.
And then, one day, a friend advised me to build myself a small reserve of lemon juice.
And then just freeze it. Here’s how :
How to do
1. Squeeze by hand or using a centrifuge ten lemons.
2. Pour the contents into ice cube trays.
3. Put them in the freezer.
4. As soon as you need it, unmold and thaw a cube.
Results
There you go, you can now keep your lemon juice for a very long time 🙂
It’s super convenient for cooking and making your morning lemon juice. And it makes it easy to offer lemonade to your guests!
And the storage time of frozen lemon is almost infinite! It’s much better than keeping it in the fridge. Super convenient, isn’t it?
